A good ship which stays on course and on schedule towards its destination needs the following

  1. Good captain  (leadership)
  2. Efficient and Capable crew  (employees/staff)
  3. Excellent ship condition (engine and body)   (company organization and buidup)
  4. Enough fuel   (Funds/Investments)
  5. High quality navigational/guidance system   (Management system)
