The  skills trainings  usually focus on behavioral skills like,  attitude, team works, supervisory skills  or communication skills while the cross functional skills are plan and done in order to generate and prepare talented employees for next level and for this they keeps on moving to various functions.

Skill training : is a technical, practical and speed acquired training for perfectance of a process activity.

Cross functional training: is extended training to do several functions at the same time with simple interaction synchronization competence among integraded processes and departmental activities.
