When the person is angry. he/she will try to get more point to get angry. how? by you answering his/her question. stop feeding them with point to get angry. let them lost, they then ask you for solution/ opinion when u seems like listening to them (when they are angry).

The first thing to be done is to try to relieve him/her of his/her anger. This could be done either through change of topic or if possible to reschedule the discussion.
I think you must to draw his attention to something unique
Be quiet and keep open your mind on main points for problem and after he/she finished start the talking by use simple words
and say we supports you and explain and negotiation with him
Don't talk or act anything till his anger finished.
After she/he calmed down try to avoid her/his reasons of anger.
Go to your targets' points one by one with very soft way of speaking.
