that's from the biggest problems !
for PCs its so easy , just remove the battery for some time with removing power cable [ and laptop battery ]
but for laptop and similar you need specialist to test a lot of circuits parts to make a strange connection to reset the password , that's not for bios or UEFI only but it can be for storage hard drive too
