Assuming that there are really10 commandements (no more and no less) of innovation,   we still have different versions for such an answer

1. Have an ambition expressed in a "dream" that is both ambitious and doable
2. Share the dream with selected candidates for your future team
3. Inspire/motivate the team to to spark their capabilities to achieve the fream
4. Identify target subjects of your dream and approach them with clear, tangible differentiators
5. Develolp/va;idate  your approach/plan using the question keys: what, why, who, when, where and how
6. Base your plan on facts and figures from trusted sources and references
7. Establish the core processes involved in your plan
8. Embrace innovation & creativity as a discipline in all processes throughout your entire business model
9. Energize/synergize and harmonize your team to play the same tune
10. Be a true M.A.N.A.G.E.R.   (leader) for the team with the7 key attributed embedded in the word

I believe that the most important driver to innovation and innovative thinking is need.need is key to open the door to innovation.it was said in the past that "need is the mother of invention".
