I believe after sales service and customer service is important in all sectors. These will define your business' longevity may you be in FMCG, financial institution, food and beverage, etc. While it is good to close a sale, it is equally important to retain customers for possible repeat sales and most importantly to get recommendations or referrals through excellent continuous service. Bear in mind that in sales, "you are as good as your last performance" so let's not sit on our laurels. Instead, do better to keep our customers happy and satisfied so we'll gain more in the future.

most important in sales is how we take good care of our customer, in terms of product quality and individual excellent service. By providing the complete service ton ensure customer satisfaction. We need to get the trust of our customer to us as a sales personnel and make customer feel welcome and comfortable to us. In this way, we start gaining more customer to keep on coming back to us and they will bring more friends to shop.

After Sales Service is equally important to all such businesses which require this type of service. But it is the most important for the automobile industry. It is not just about risking one's life due to bad maintenence but also the fact that thousands of people see the product if it breaks down in the middle of the road. But if something goes wrong with a TV only those at home know about the problem. However, even in case of a TV which has gone wrong, if after sales service required is not given in time, it is bound to create bad word of mouth.
