It just does not exist. Or it exists only in job websites. There are pros and cons in every job. The other side of the river always appears more green.

You will always hate smith about your job. We have an instinct as human that we always look for more. We always look for a higher salary, better benefits, better position...etc. But I guess the perfect temporary job is when you find a job that matches your current needs and help you get satisfied and relived.
No one is perfect in this universe except GOD and likewise what you will call as PERFECT JOB?
