I have just complete my work on KRA/KPI template and want to introduce to objective team. I am not clear about an option in it i.e. to mention “Frequency” column in it or not. Each KPIs is being done sometime on regular basis and sometime occasionally. So is it better to write on Frequency in separate column?
you will need a frequency column as the "frequency" of measurement is not the same for each KPI
KPI represents the cell performence with different success and failure rate of different services and the
cause of failure to analysis and resolution of issue in network.
Its not importent to add free colum,frequency info can get form data base, if it is added only increase colums
Yes, time frame has to be set for the sake of evaluation.
