I have come up with the following when you face failure:

F   Failing should be interpreted as trying.

A   Assessing the impact and consequences of what has happened.

I     Inspecting the underlying reasons and causes for why it has happened.

L    Learning from the experience and drawings lessons.

U    Utilizing what you have learnt.

R    Retrying equipped with your enhanced knowledge and experience.

E     Executing and expecting success.

Good luck.

The failure or success are part of any business. All the business houses or management has to face the failure. no matter what you do or how good you are into management or sales but some or other day you have to face the failure.

Personally i take failure as a challenge to me. Moreover i take it as a learning experience. to learn or earn some experience you have to pay some price. so just take that way your failure has given you a lifetime experience which you'll not repeat it again.

With confidence and positive thinking analys your action and start working on your work..The success after failure is more valuable and much better experience.. that success after failure churns your skill and made you real successful person. To be successful person you have to experience failure ..for me it is learning strategy .

Understand the root causes behind failures and learn how to avoide them in the future.

The only one to blame for the failure of a project I direct, is myself.

Failure is a lesson learned for success. We must improve our performance and follow specific approach to deal with our project and not focus who will be blamed. Be objectively not subjectively.
