If I did ask this employee for his/her opinion then I will carefully listen to his/her arguments. It will take good reasons for me but then I am alsow willing to reconsider my decision.

If I would not at all listen to my employees I would lose their respect immediately (at least in Europe and in the USA).

without any verble remark to that employee I will try to maintain my efforts more strongly  to maintain my power & efficiency for the company what makes me best from my employee. The First I will change myself

to change them in to the way I like.

Vito is for higher authority,accepting a Vito from lower authority is a sight of a weak manager. On the other hand I will accept carefully thought and fact based complaint or  objection.

Veto has no place in team work. Human resources have very important role to play in utilizing the other resources to meet goals. Thus humility, respect and value for human opinion / suggestions and ideas have important space for success in team work.
