Using Streaming API, we can run the R script or there is a package in R called 'Rhipe' to run the mapreduce jobs.

I am sharing with you Approach to integrate Hadoop in R. That can be easy if you know ABC of Hadoop. Below are the Approach mention please check it & revert if any query

Approach 1 - Using R and Streaming APIs in Hadoop

Approach 2 - Using Rhipe package of R

Approach 3: Using RHADOOP

Summary of R / Hadoop integration approaches

Hadoop Streaming API is the simplest of all the approaches as it is easy to install / set-up. Both Rhipe and RHadoop require some effort to set up R and related packages on the Hadoop cluster.

If you don't have knowledge about Hadoop so You will not able to integrate Hadoop. At that situation,  you should read article, books & video tutorial related to Hadoop.  If you are searching institute for learning purpose then I will recommend Koenig Solutions Because it's an authorized Hadoop training partner & they offer ultimate training for student along with complete guidelines.
