i have noticed the same job postings for the same company over and over again.i know the company is not expanding or opening new branches, but in the last two years that i have been with bayt.com these companies still use this practice. does that mean that the company have a high employee turnover rate. i would understsand and accept that in sales companies usually have higher turnover rate than other desciplines.
I think that Employees satisfactory is the main reason ,however they want to grow up of posisions and salaries.
Sometimes the business model of a company is such that it is a "first-time" hirer, hiring people with less experience, for less wages. In some cases they hire a lot of people, and keep the ones they like, allowing the others to move on. It's one model. It can have its advantages.
I'm sure there are other companies that have high turnover as well. They might have low wages or may not be the best employers. Employees join for the job title, and once they have it move on to another placement.
I don't think that high turnover rates is the only reason, but I don't know what are other positive reasons might cause that.
