Why do you use icebreakers and energizers in training session as a Trainer?

To break the deadlock between the trainees and open dialogue and discussion among the trainees to make more flexible and creativity training

This to facilitate, to establish and empower the communication process 

then to enhance and encourage the trainees involvement. 

Each new alternating training program we start with an introducing session aiming to encourage the trainees to talk about them selves and to ask general questions.
