In weight training, it is not a matter of endurance (ie: how long can you last) but of what you can accomplish in that time. A typical training session of2 major muscle groups, for example pectorals and biceps, can take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. About myself, if I have the time, I like to work out for2 to3 hours daily, focusing on major muscle groups and doing fitness/endurance training as well.
