just We Need to Goto Proxy And Cahge to correct one
Most probably there is something wrong on time and date settings. It must be updated and accurate on local time.
Date and time are not synchronised with the google servers thats why getting that error message.
This is an ssl error (certificate error) , and that means that you are accessing to the website with a wrong sate and time settings, You just have to correct the date and time then relaunch the internet browser.
This error occures in two scenarios:
1/ a virus or maliscious program changes the time and date settings in order to make the Os unstable.
2/ The RTC battery is dead ;) , and must be changed.
