High ISO us useful feature in low light photo shoot or sports photography
Hello,
Always try to avoid using a higher ISO number on your camera, especially if you are using a cropped sensor DSLR with APS C sensor, if you have a full frame DSLR you will not suffer a lot from the ISO issue below3200 value, the ISO will add brightness to your image but would ruin the quality as well. If you are always shoot in low light situations, you must have a lenses with wide aperture to catch the small light available and reduce the ISO value as you could.
Thanks,

ISO used in low lowlight condition like indoor photography. The higher numbers of ISO goes the more noise introduce .
ISO is used in low light conditions such as indoors or where there are less sources of light. Higher ISO number will result in a brighter picture, but will also introduce noise. Lower ISO is used in bright conditions such as outdoors on a sunny afternoon.
In dark place you have to use high iso.
in light place you have to use low iso
We use high ISO in dark places in the speed ...... etc On the bad side, it reduces the quality of the picture's . We use a low ISO contrary
Use High ISO as a last option for dark places/indoor, But always aim not to use it very often because on the bad side it lowers your picture's quality and adds noise to it.Try lowering Shutter Speed & Aperture first.Tip: When in a very dark place you should use a Tripod If you're going to lower the the Shutter Speed to avoid movement blur.
others may answer that for low light you need high ISO and high light you should not use ISO, but in some situations you may need to have some ISO effect on the photo, which making it feels like old ones, so u'll need high ISO in a high light situation.
