By bringing valuable and realistic examples of theories or subject where the students able to understand. Further, a teacher needs to stop teaching and he/she needs to facilitate and coach the students to build the conceptual solutions.

I believe it will change the traditional element of teaching and copying from the student's side.

Engaging students in the process of learning by giving them the opportunity to suggest topics they are interested in is an imoprtant way of breaking the traditional style of teaching.
By giving the students the sense that their opinion is considered and they they have a say in their learning then they will be not only intersted but also willing to accept and learn anything that the teacher brings.
Earning their respect and caring for their individual personalities is a way of letting them know that values and principles as ( respect, honesty, sympathy, and love to our fellow humans) are important and that are necessary in every aspect of life even in learning.
Allowing them to express themselves and think critically is a way that opens the door to a better learning environment in all aspects.
