Walking at night is very effective physically and mentally.Physically, it helps to increase our metabolism because during night time our metabolism getting slow. Then mentally, it helps us to calm from our work so its better to walk at night to get some fresh air from a cold  environment and to relieve from stressful environment in the morning.
