Do you set aside specific times to cast vision to your employees and other leaders?

Possible ... but not necessary all the time ... This depends on the most suitable/effective communications scheme between you and your employees ... and your/your employees involvement/role at the strategic level. Operational level people need to focus on short-term operational aspects and not onfuse themselves and/or others by getting into strategic stuff at their own will and timing  !!
