Very good question.
I have been asking myself this question for the past years and I do believe that agressiveness is indeed a great tool for advancement but it is in contradiction with my faith - My faith recommends kindness and humility but it does not work in the real world
Aggressiveness is showing of high level of energy; if in the right direction would be productive.
What kind of aggressiveness are we talking about?there are many interpretation to aggressiveness ,I believe well managed ,well placed, well positioned aggressiveness is needed but to an extent,it might be interpreted as rudeness and ignorance.
a balance is needed
One should be aggressive about his/her learning curve, on hand tasks execution in turn resulting in career progression. Also aggressiveness compliments ambitious personalities, but beware maintaining rapport is also a crucial trait for Career development.
Best of Luck Folks!!
