There coming frequent emails on my mail ID to offer me teaching posts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. But they are not taking any interviews citing language difference. Instead they send me official offer letter and asked to sign it and huge amount of money as visa processing fees. They even offer me to talk with their respective governmental employees as they claimed. They did not give any land-line number to confirm whether the offer is genuine or not. I am scared to sign them and give them money as one of my friend currently lost 2.50 lakh when he got such fraud offer letter on the behalf of Abu Dhabi University. Surely one should be very careful in such cases. I think they are not at all genuine. One more thing whenever I tried to contact the respective universities they keep mum.

Thanks for your answer !! It is not necessarily lack of knowledge or experience that causes unemployment.

I am a good example of what I am talking about and I have been through this experience before.

To many employers/recruiters, the name of the game is "pay and play"  if you really want to play.

And it is legal and ethical since it is based on a clear agreement before the employment process starts
