I believe experience first, passion second credentials third.

I agree partially. It really depends on the job itself. Management of people for instance will always rely on more experience than skill, passion or credentials I believe.

In the lack of proper experience and credentials, I would expect a low threshold of applicable skills to support passion, whether creative or intellectual.

It entirely defends on for which industry you are hiring for, In film, media and creative workplace it might be ok but other industries its start the opposite side. Cred-  Exp- and Pass.

No, because hiring officers always look for how experienced applicants first and followed by other qualifications like credentials, passions...etc.

Conceptually, I will put passion after experience. Passionate candidates will still need to go through the learning curve.

On the other hand, I beleive that your arrangement will work for highly experienced cadidates probably in related filelds.

Fully agree as passion leads to job satisfaction which leads to better results and thereafter remarkable experience and good credentials.

Passion can be faked - Experience and credentials cannot be faked.
