Based on my point of view and understanding, the best way to pass phone interviews is you must know the history of the employer, what type of business is the company in to it, and you must know how to answer the question politely, because, most of the interviewer is looking how the interviewee answer the question if they don't have skills or experience, especially fresh graduate, and for the experience applicant, the interviewer observing how is the applicant eager and determine but not arrogant in the position applying for.
But like what I've said, it's just only my point of view.
