I think full customer service is customer  delight.

Just good customer service would make a customer a fence sitter. or a passive person not an active supporter of the brand. A small discount from a rival brand wouldtake him away.

For a delighted customer , for a brand follower you ned to give even more than fullcustomer service. Need to give him something extra.
