1. Listen to native speakers if you are in the country where the language is spoken. If not, watch movies, listen to the radio, etc.2. Improve your listening skills by focusing on different sounds of the language.3.Try to learn new words and expressions. Don't feel anxiety because of mistakes.4. Record yourself speaking and pronouncing the different sounds of the language, and compare the record to native speakers.5.Avoid thinking in your mother tongue and translating.6. Imitate the native speakers using idioms, saying, expressions, instead of imitating a grammar book which is too formal.7. Improve your reading skills reading books, magazines, articles and other authentic material .8. Improve your writing skills writing short paragraphs everyday.
Find native English speakers. In certain areas it's the hardest thing to do, but it's the best use of your time. Talking to actual native speakers is the most effective way to improve your English skills, speaking or otherwise. So whether you have to Skype them, call them, or beg them to speak to you, do so. Your progress will be faster this way than any other.

Record yourself. Though we hear ourselves all the time, we really don't know quite what we sound like. So record yourself! What are the weak and strong points you hear in your speech? And then you can concentrate on what you need to work on.

Watching English media with English subtitles is another great way to hold the aspect of English as a culture not just as a language.

I have said it quite often on this forum when answering similar questions, my advice would always be to listen to the World Servce of the BBC, their pronunciation and enunciation of the English Language and vocabulary is, as you would expect, excellent!
I believe reading is most important way to improve your english speaking.

For example, when baby grow first he/she listen .... After some days or months able to understand and final start to speak. At the starting level of speaking baby make a lot of mistakes but time to time u can feel improvement.
So as I think that mistake is important lesson.
You can use different resources to improve your skill, watching English Movies, Reading Books , conversation with your friend, even you can talk yourself effectively.
Learning a new language is a long process which requires lot of patience. All the four skills I.e. reading, writing, speaking and listening should be included in ur learning process.
