Architecture is a language that is terminated, that ends when construction starts, right? All the poetic envolved in architecture, ends when concrete starts to be used, as there is no more Creation for the architect but some finishing details as always.
Architecture is when you project a House or a building , Planning is when you must draw a new City map like a block.
If you are designing a house a single building that is pure architecture, if you have to reorganize a downtown , with many new buildings, you are planning , or a urban planning.
Which involves redrawing the city landscape.
