WHY ? This is the important issue here. Why this important client has abused me?
People just do not abuse you for no reason. May be you have not met your commitments which is a good and valid reason !!!!
But this is where your CUSTOMER SERVICE comes in.
After all he is a CLIENT.
First , there MUST be reason make the customer reach up to this status , as we all human being get angry when something wrong with us and not being angry for nothing as we are not crazy , Second if the company care about the custmoer and always teach their sales team they are the core of our company , by sequence we never and ever make the customer reach to that level , either he / she will look fo sure for another company which can stasify his / her needs on accurate basis and not just sale basis.
