Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss (company, management team, etc.)

I think that the strong poits of my company are the work facilities and work enverionment. However, they do not creat motivations and there is no system foe praise and assessment.

Strong Points :

After having experience through hard efforts he eligible to take that honor.

Weak Point :

Wrong Attitude, Showing sometimes that he is the only one capable human who can do anything but other are nothing.

Strong points:

1 They are well educated.

2 They make all decisions.

Weak points:

1 There education is not in the relative field.

2 They don't take feed back on there decisions. 

i am sure for that question the answer MUST differ from person to another , as some of us see good point and other see it as weakness point , but i have another answer which is don't look for the Good and weakness points to any but look to yourself as much you will imporve yourself as much you will be satsfiate regardless others Good or Bad with you.

Some of the strongest points: he is a leader and he never micromanages. He is also a willing teacher to those who are keen on learning. As for the weak points, he is sometimes very soft on some people who end up pulling the whole team down with them.
