i am sure for one answer as we all sometimes don't know the answer , start from lower titel till the highest one , by sequence we can learn from each other as we all do that here , finally the skills of (( Willing to learn )) when found in any one , then it will lead you to what you look for and the best call you can take it according to all the status you pass by as no one born expert.

YES THATS TRUE,,, thats the traits of true leaders ,,they accept the mistakes, weak areas , problems, issues with out going into IFS & BUTS.

Yes, i agree because leaders are meant for having this quality- accepting their own weaknesses but not giving up on that particular issue or matter or topic, and also encouraging other members to come forward with solutions.

Yes! I always encourage my subordinates to put their ideas on the table. I always tell them that they will learn a lot from me and I will learn a lot from them also. And if we put and be opened to put all ideas on the table, that we could come out with a great ideas and strategies thus we build a winning team!
