I never use openStreetMap or MQP , so i can't answer this question form my knowledge but you can try this : http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim#Examples

Annual salary  $43500 and  i think so  USA is the most popular for the nursing job.

I believe its work  experience. It gives you the  edge. Your efficency depends  it, However your degree is the bedrock.
