What is the cause of hair failing in the dogs and cats? ‎

I wish to take out my 6 month old cat's bones after its burial in sand. I wish to know after how many days of burial can I take the corpse?‎

There are several causes of hair falling in dog and cat among them  - external parasitic infestation and scabies  - Zinc deficiency and other minerals like sulfer
