ONE EGGS DAILY IS GOOD IF YOU ARE NORMAL . YOU CAN AVOID IT IN SOME DISEASES : Hepatitis A , Crown disease . It is a source of lipids in total .

Egg is a good source of protein and minerals and is rich in the good cholesterol (HDL) ,so I strongly recommend eating eggs on daily basis
