How Would be differentiate the latest version of any document over the older version?‎

Please clarify if positions such as document controller, QC Document and controller are similar to purchasing and Office assistant jobs?‎

No.  Document Control should know the following process: 1.  Authentication 2.  Validation 3.  Proper Control 4.  Repository
