Are the technological advancements in endoscopy like NBI, AFI, IRI being exploited sufficiently for early diagnosis?‎

I am a cardiologist. What is the question. I am frequently requesting EGD due to risk of bleeding and anemias in the patients I tx with antithrobotic agents.
