Mostly cause is idiopathic.It may be due to some birth issues, brain trauma ,congenital,heriditery factors.

It can be due to Birth hypoxia,heridetry, anatomical damage to brain,

Alcohol,drugs and"screenwork"(flashing light of all kind of (screen)devices. Neurological defects. Trauma and diabetes. Metabolic defects.
