How to describe UTP cable? ‎

Can we Configure Different BGP AS or Different ISP on the same Cisco 2900 Series router?‎

For example I have one MPLS VPN line from ISP A1, and other from MPLS VPN line from ISP B1. Can i configure these on the same router Cisco using BGP protocols.‎
