We use language to express our identity. Our way of speaking varies and changes to reflect who we are and who we want to be.

The language test is the judgment of a  2nd person's skills towards that language while communication is demonstration person's own language skills.

Simply to say communication is nothing but sending and receiving the messages from one person to other Language test is nothing but checking language proficiency
