I believe that emotional intelligence is as important as AI, not to say more. This is why robots and computers could never replace human beings in a company.

machine cannot replace human because machine assigned to do only specific work. If random mulfunction occur AI will failed to quick response

Yes but not totally. There is a shortage of human resource due to constrained budgets hence a machine would reduce the labour
