it's  how much an affiliate has to earn through commissions before he gets a payment from an affiliate network or directly from a merchant

it is the amount of commission earned  in the online marketing system when a product is sell and its payment is received

The payment threshold refers to the minimum accumulated commission an affiliate must earn to initiate a payment from the affiliate program.
