How do you check entries in Oracle?‎

Would there be a tab in Oracle where to check the last person updated the account ?‎

We can get the entry details from Records History. There is an option called Reports where we need to mention which period reports we are looking for..

Query the record and Go to Help --> Record History. You will see Last Updated by
