by using this formula 2-ΔΔCT method (134). ΔCT = CT (Target gene) – CT (housekeeping gene) ΔΔCT = ΔCT (Sample) – ΔCT (control) 2-ΔΔCT = No. of relative folds

Use the delta delta Ct method to calculate relative fold difference in mRNA expression. use Actin or GAPDH as internal control.
