Responsbility & Loyalty are the same functions. How its possible that we r responsible but no loyal for our employer :) . Who will responsible he must be loyal too.
When you are loyal to something, you have to be resposible for reputation, growth, profit and else. Then, I think loyalty must move along with resposibility.
