Yes ,it is used to develop algorithm for FPGA board.

Obviously all the software are required lik lab view,matlab,proteus,keil

YES WE CAN DO THIS.. IT DEPENDS ON YOUR REQUIRMENT. LIKE...XILINX FOR FPGA
