In my view an Organizxation as incomplete without Talent Management as it is without Marketing Management or Sales Management. We have to remember that we make profits with our brands but it's our people (talent) who drive those brands and therefore it becomes a critical mission to manage performance, compensation, careers, engagement and motivation of our talent. Thus Talent Management forms the backbone of any organization taking it from Good to Great.
