SAP is way better than Oracle ERP, when I first tested it by the year using its SAP Business One version, you will be at ease since it can generate report, set meetings, monitoring the production line, generate HR Reports, Financial Statements and a lot more for a single business entity. Now that it has the SAP ERP you have the capability to manage the business properly when it comes to manufacturing, HR Process, Accounting Records, one thing about SAP that I like the most is its convenience when you are exporting files to MS Excel, there's no hassle in sanitizing the data that you want. Another thing is that it uses "universal" functions, wherein you can use the same codes in a different company as long as they have the same version, it does not complicate things. :)
Oracle has succeeded in its work and SAP succeeded in its work, but if we talk about the Middle East, we find that the problem in the culture of the companies , end users

SAP is mostly used in MENA regions. But security wise ORACLE is the best.
I don't know of deliberat accurat measures but I beleive that SAP have a higher share of the international ERP market in the region.
