What type of people do you work with most effectively?

I believe it is people who are open minded and are willing to learn.

I am Flexible working with all kind of  people as no two Individual is same but would be happy to work with someone who believes in work life balance and treat all employees as one. 

People that are on the same Page (level) as you, of similar interest , comitment and skills.

I am comfortable working with diffrent kind of people because no one is the same as anyone else.The most important thing is concentrating on the task at hand and giving the best while accomodating colleagues ideas in a teamwork task.
