What are the common attributes of bad team players?
After allocation/distribution of work , the very first follow-up action and approach will reveal whether he/she is a team player or not.

Having a problem person on your team isn’t particularly pleasant because they can have a negative affects on the rest of the team and the project at hand.

Unfortunately when several members in crew feeling uncomfortable to work with someone will marked as an identification.
One of the most major problem with the bad team player is that he/she always try in to prove him/her self due to this wrong attitude entire team will be suffer.
In team, No one leads . All having distributed work to do in the specify time frame by helping each others.
if they are working as:-individual.- selfish.- thinking that there is no work value.- uncomfortable environment.- No Goals.
They are already identified by their negative attitude and poor performance.
When he/she acts like a robot

There are a few signs & signal that identifies a "BAD TEAM PLAYER". These may be:
Poor Puntuality
Inconsideration (Rudeness)
Poor contribution in tasks
Apathy (Lack of interest)
Domination
Irresponsibility
Complaints
Not sharing credit
etc etc....... If somebody has even half traits in him/her........ he/she should be declared a bad team player and should be addressed accordingly.
