I personally changed jobs and employers (companies) for longer periods that that.

The question is ... have you reached your limit with the job ?  Have you exhausted the job ?? or has the job exhausted you ??  Then, it is time for change !

It's not only too late, but also bad bad idea.

It's not good to take a long road and passed your colleagues achieving good things and also bad ones which gave you the experience, then suddenly decide or just think to change the road and start from the beginning.

My advice to you concentrate in what you're in because this is a weakness point in your personality and you have to strengthen it.

No, it is not too late as long as you enjoyed being in the same function. But always keep in mind that continuous learning will kill monotony.
