Describe your ideal company, location and job. What would be your answer in interview board?

With healthy Organizational Culture, and idealy the  company would provide for the mothers pragnancy leave, secure job that after maternity leave can return, and  day care service for childrens with proffesional staff on board.

Such as an ideal organization, where has a great job environment, oppertunity to shire your creation within organization, everything is systemetically, potential leaders, nice work station with sutable palces, as well......

My ideal company is one that offers opportunities for growth, in a healthy, multicultural environment .The location doesnt matter because I will always look forward to working with them.I being a sales person my ideal company should renummerate me well and offer me training and support as well as listen to feedback we give them to the betterment of the company.Finally my best job is in sales..this is where my passion and energy lies because I love practical and non routine jobs that makes every day a learning experience and when the results come home..ohhh boy we celebrate as a company because we know we have been given another new lease of life.

According to me an ideal company provides opportunity to implement innovative ideas to the employer, give potential support, and maintain good relationship between employer and customers.
