Normally he is an old emploee. Is an experianced asset to the co. But he /she is frustrated as most of his co workers have been promoted.

He /she should be mentored correctly and given proper feedback about why he was not able to crack the last IJP intervew.

He or she canbe given a new job role to coach new entrants so that he/she feels important. We should remember Maslows hirarchy of needs.
